Khalid Abutheeb

Chief Executive Officer

Khalid brings nearly three decades of experience across the FMCG sector to his position as the CEO of Saudi Coffee Company.
Formerly the CEO of Al Safi Dairy Co. under Al Faisaliah Group, Khalid was responsible for ensuring the company’s sustainable growth in line with its vision. During his tenure at the company, he built the senior executive team, developed business strategies and direction, and grew profits and market share by securing new deals, proposing new business ideas, and penetrating new markets. He played a pivotal role in launching new farms and factory projects and established the company's retail and wholesale business, reinforcing his expertise in food and agricultural products.
Khalid is a valued member of several national committees and business councils under the Council of Saudi Chambers. He participates as a board member for several companies specializing in manufacturing, farming, and services and is also a founder and partner of private sector companies, making him a valuable asset to the Saudi Coffee Company.

Fahad Alnuhait

Chairman of the Board of Directors

CEO of the Halal Products Development Company, which is wholly owned by the Public Investment Fund.

Alnuhait has held leadership positions in several prestigious national companies throughout his experience in investment and project management, which extends for more than 20 years. He previously held the position of General Manager for Industrial Investments and Financials in the NEOM project. He was previously the General Manager for Investment in Emerging Sectors in Dussur Company, and the General Manager of Investment at the Arab Investment Company, one of the sovereign funds in the region.

He holds a Master’s degree in Megaproject Management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford in the United Kingdom, a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Saud University, and a Certificate of Financial Analyst (CFA). He is certified by the CFA Institute, in addition to completing the Leadership Preparation Program from Harvard University in the United States of America.

Mr. Bakr Al Muhanna

Vice Chairman

Bakr Al Muhanna has served at Deutsche Bank AG, specializing in M&A, ECM, and Structured Products with a focus on the MENA region.

He has held several leadership positions, including Head of Investments at the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy and Associate Director of Investments at the Saudi Industrial Investment Company. He also oversees Logistics and Transportation investments across the MENA region for the Public Investment Fund. Bakr is recognized for his industry acumen and is a valued Board member in numerous local and international companies, further contributing to his extensive professional portfolio.

Eng. Hosam Alqurashi

Member of the Board

Hosam brings over two decades of rich industry experience with government entities and national and multinational conglomerates. He is an advisor, board member, and the founder of URBN Farm, a new food retail concept that aims to redefine the shopping experience in food retail by merging farm fresh quality with URBN living. He recently served as the Executive Advisor to The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, where he played a crucial role in developing the Riyadh City brand and marketing strategy. While there, he led a multi-government entity program to attract the regional headquarters of multinational companies, establishing Riyad’s marketing and investment promotion function, which covered the investment support office, the city marketing department, marketing operations, diversity, equity and inclusion, city diplomacy and city excellence.

Before joining RCRC, Hosam was the Chief Commercial Officer of Panda Retail Company, the largest grocery retailer in the Middle East and Africa. He was responsible for category management, merchandise planning, strategic buying and marketing. As the Chief Executive Officer of the fast-growing lifestyle retailer Whites, Hosam developed a five-year strategy to restructure the company’s end-to-end operations. Whilst taking the role of Chief Marketing Officer of Nahdi Medical Company, the largest pharmacy chain in MENA, Hosam redefined the company’s brand and created an entirely new marketing function for the chain, which also led to Hosam winning the ‘Retail Professional of the Year’ award in 2015. During his tenure at Procter & Gamble, Hosam managed several mega brands across the GCC, such as Bonux, Downy, Fairy and Pantene.

Mr. Joseph Reiner

Member of the Board

Joseph Reiner is a distinguished Member of the Board of Directors at the Saudi Coffee Company and the Vice President of the Board at Companhia Estadual de Águas e Esgotos (CEDAE) in Rio de Janeiro, exemplifying his profound understanding of strategic leadership. He serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for Newco-Food Ingredients, a prominent entity in Minas Gerais.

Joseph is recognized for his entrepreneurial spirit and is the Founding Partner of Fazenda Batalha, renowned for its exceptional coffee and citrus production. He co-founded Netfarms, a thriving enterprise focused on exporting coffee that underscores his dedication to expanding the global reach of the commodity. Prior to this, Joseph served as an Executive Advisor for the Ministry of Agriculture in Brazil, further cementing his profound knowledge and contributions to the industry.

Mr. Tony Weisman

Member of the Board

Tony Weisman holds a prominent position as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Saudi Coffee Company. He previously served on the Board for reputable organizations such as InMoment, Play2Pay Inc., Klaviyo, Cardlytics, and most recently, Mavrck. In September 2017, he assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer for Dunkin' USA, overseeing the entire spectrum of marketing operations, including product innovation, consumer insights, advertising, media, and loyalty marketing.

Tony's exceptional leadership resulted in Dunkin' being recognized as "The Most Transformational Brand of 2018." Due to his remarkable achievements, he was named one of the "Most Influential CMOs" by Forbes in 2018 and one of the "25 Most Innovative CMOs in the World" by Business Insider in 2019. Tony’s passion for advertising and innate entrepreneurial spirit make him a valuable asset.
